Abstract
Five new aristolactam alkaloids (-), dasymaschalolactams A-E, and the first isolation of dasymaschalolactone () as a natural product, together with 19 known compounds (- and -) were isolated from the twig extract of . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods as well as comparisons made from the literature. Compounds and showed α-glucosidase inhibitory activities with IC values of 4.5 and 24.7 μM, respectively.
