Abstract
The study and treatment of 176 patients with postcholecystectomic syndrome that developed after removal of the gallbladder. According to information received cholecystectomy is the most traditional method of surgical treatment of traumatic, results and minilaparotomy cholecystectomy videolaparoscopic almost identical in the absence of contraindications should be recommended videolaparoscopic cholecystectomy. In 55.1 % of patients the cause of unsatisfactory results of cholecystectomy are diseases of non- hepatobiliary system. The availability and widespread adoption of the practice of minimally invasive surgery in biliary surgery often leads to unnecessary cholecystectomy, discrediting these advanced methods.
