Abstract
At the beginning of the XXI century, education continues to occupy a significant place in the progress and development of societies; it is a something to debate where hermeneutics seem to find a field prepared for expansion. This is so because, when education is the subject, people are attracted and, in the end, a question which is not at all easy to understand emerges: freedom. Cicero did affirm that education is the principle on which education and the enhancement of societies are based. Therefore there are many questions which come into play when a subject on which so many things depend is broached, whether they be in the personal, family, social or political terrain
