Abstract
This article aims to focus on some theoretical elements to initiate a critical approach of digital artefact that takes into account its political dimension and power relations that structure its deployment, usually taken for granted. In a archaeological perspective of discourses, we will try to articulate an analysis about power relationships in the development of public policies and a second that considers technical artefacts as “traces” of political projects.
