Abstract
Life-threatening diarrhea is a syndrome which generally derives from mal-absorption and can lead to severe malnutrition and can culminate in death. A case of an elderly alcoholic female patient with a severe case of dermatitis, dementia and diarrhea due to Pellagra is reported, which resolved after niacinamide supplementation.
