Galectin-3: clinical utility and prognostic value in patients with heart failure Frank KramerClinical Sciences, Global Biomarker Strategy and Development, Bayer HealthCare, Wuppertal, GermanyAbstract: This review summarizes the key findings of 14 clinical trials in which Galectin-3 was assessed as a biomarker of heart failure.
