With this article attempts a comparison of the Greek Constitution of 1975, the constitutions of Germany, USA, Switzerland, Austria, France, UK and Italy on the issue of property relations and general interest, in order to highlight those notified differences relating to these communities and resulted in specific social situations. While the constitutions of the other countries, which are among the most representative democracies of the Western world, are characterized by an increased institutionalization of sociability, the Greek constitution on the issue of general interest takes an antisocial and, at best, neutral attitude. The convergence of the Greek constitution on this issue with the other constitutions is considered a prerequisite for overcoming the crisis and, more generally, for social development. This little effort hopes to contribute to a more social future formulation of the Greek constitution and a corresponding behaviour of Greek society.
En el presente artículo se intenta realizar una comparación entre la Constitución griega de 1975 y las constituciones de Alemania, Estados Unidos, Suiza, Austria, Francia, el Reino Unido e Italia en torno a la cuestión de las relaciones de propiedad y el interés general, con el fin de poner de relieve las diferencias advertidas relativas a estas comunidades y que derivaron en situaciones sociales específicas. Si bien las constituciones de los demás países, que se encuentran entre las democracias más representativas del mundo occidental, se caracterizan por una mayor institucionalización de la sociabilidad, la Constitución griega adopta, respecto de la cuestión del interés general, una postura antisocial y, en el mejor de los casos, neutral. La convergencia de la Constitución griega en esta materia con las demás constituciones se considera un requisito indispensable para la superación de la crisis y, en términos más generales, para el desarrollo social. Este modesto esfuerzo aspira a contribuir a una futura formulación más social de la Constitución griega y a un comportamiento acorde por parte de la sociedad griega.
