Abstract
Kumluca (Antalya güneybatısı) kuzeyinde, Kumluca zonu (Robertson ve Woodcock, 1981) ve Kumluca kompleksi (Yılmaz, 1981) olarak adlanan birimin, Jura-Kretase yaşında olduğu savunulan tabakalı çörtlerde, Halobia ve Daonella fosilleri bulunarak yaşının Orta -Üst Triyas (Ladiniyen-Noriyen) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Aynca, Yılmaz'ın (1981) Kumluca kompleksinde, Halobia'lı kireçtaşı ile tabakalı çört arasında varlığını ileri sürdüğü resif bloklu marnlar bulunmaz. Aksine Halobia'lı kireçtaşının, resif bloklu marnlar olmaksızın tabakalı çörtlere geçtiği tespit edilmiştir. Kumluca zonu ve Kumluca kompleksi olarak adlanan birim, Orta-Üst Triyas (Ladiniyen-Noriyen) yaşh Alakırçay grubunun yanal uzanımıdır. Tabakalı çörtlerin yaşı ise Orta-Üst Triyas'dır (Ladiniyen-Noriyen).
