Abstract
The Technological Institute of Los Mochis does the organizational assessment gendered 2013, in order to meet the employment situation of women and men who work there respect to position, gauges for horizontal segregation (occupational segregation) and vertical segregation level, average wage difference between men and women. The diagnostic is a qualitative analysis through which staff perceptions regarding discrimination, quality of organizational life and equal opportunities and gender equality is known. This also includes a quantitative analysis, which allows to know the level indicators or horizontal occupational segregation level of vertical segregation, average pay gap between men and women, degree and type of sexual harassment present in the institution.
