Abstract
Bu çalışma Erzincan ilinde tüketicilerin kırmızı et tüketim davranışları ile ithal ete bakış açılarının incelenmesi amacıyla Erzincan il ve ilçelerinde yaşayan 206 kişi ile yüz yüze yapılan anket verilerinden oluşmaktadır. Erzincan ilinde çalışmamıza konu olan tüketicilerin %5’i her gün, %36,7’si haftada bir, %36,2’si haftada iki-üç, %10,1’i ayda iki-üç ve %11,6’sı ise ayda bir kere kırmızı et tükettiklerini beyan etmiştir.
