Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Yükseköğretim Kurumu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında liderlik özellikleri konusunda yazılan lisansüstü tez çalışmaların incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini YÖK veri tabanında yer alan liderlik özellikleri konulu 136 yüksek lisans ve 14 doktora tezi olmak üzere toplam 150 lisansüstü tez oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, en fazla tezin 2014-2015 yılları arasında yayımlandığı ve bu konuda en çok katkının Marmara Üniversitesi tarafından sağlandığı belirlenmiştir. Liderlik özellikleri konulu yazılan tezlerin genellikle yüksek lisans düzeyinde olduğu ve nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
