Abstract
Hizmet sektörlerinden biri olan hastaneler de yoğun rekabetin olduğu bir piyasada faaliyet göstermektedir. Rekabete bağlı olarak işletmelerin kar marjları her gecen gün azalmaktadır. Rekabetin var olduğu piyasada hastanelerin üretmiş olduğu hizmetlerin maliyetlerinin ne olduğu fiyatlandırma açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de de her geçen gün daha çok şirketin kullanmaya başladığı faaliyet tabanlı maliyetleme sistemi, örnek bir hastane işletmesine uygulanmıştır. Örnek bir hastanede genel olarak gerçekleştirilen kaynaklar, faaliyetler ve üretilen ürünler belirlenerek ürün maliyetlerinin nasıl elde edilebileceği gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır.
