Abstract
In this research, we researched opinions of teachers employed under applications for contracted and paid teachers regarding this form of employment. Within this context, management of school where they serve, their communication with teachers and students were discussed in addition to metaphors created by teachers for non-contracted teacher applications and attitudes of administrative personnel serving in the Ministry of Education Provincial and District organizations towards these teachers were dealt with. Main framework of the research is formed by findings obtained from 53 teachers serving under non-contracted teacher applications in 16 different cities. Significant results were obtained regarding non-contracted teachers application through qualitative analysis of this data. Some of the results obtained include definition of applications of noncontracted teachers with metaphors such as “Slavery”, “Exploitation”, their expression to the effect that school management and permanent teachers keep them at a distance, negative attitudes of employees in Ministry of Education organizations
