Abstract

The work developed in the School of Conduct II Osvaldo Socarras Martínez of the province of Santiago de Cuba, had the intention of assessing the perception of resolved adolescents on the role of the teacher before the compensatory corrective work, and its expression in behavioral change, starting from the indicators: expectations and goals. It is a unique case study, qualitative and aided by the ethnomethodological method. As instruments for the collection of information, in-depth interviews, documentary analysis and non-participant observation of educational practices were used. The results obtained allow us to assess as positive, the perception of the adolescents that make up the case, about the possibilities of behavioral change, based on the educational influences of the teacher from their role, perception that is based on high expectations and goals that condition the behavioral change.
