Abstract
This corrigendum corrects the labels in Table 3 of the published paper.Specifically, in Table 3, the expressions for "net liability", 𝐿 -𝐴, are replaced by "net assets", 𝐴-𝐿.The numbers in the table remain the same, and all other tables are unaffected. The text below replaces Section 3.1.3of the published paper. We have also identified and corrected an error in the code where the contemporaneous dollar-share measure was used instead of the lagged version in certain control interactions. This correction has minimal quantitative impact, affecting only one control interaction among many, and leaves all the paper's findings, signs, significance levels, and economic interpretations unchanged. The amended results are available in the expanded version of this corrigendum on the authors' websites.
