Abstract
Today in the global economy and financial markets strengthens the processes of integration and mutual dependence. Credit organizations in these conditions are intended to improve corporate governance, using effective methods of risk management in order to ensure the sustainability and development. Ghostly perspectives on the development of both, the world of the Russian economy and the processes of globalization and liberalization of financial markets lead to the fact that banks are forced to change direction and explore new branches of business, taking on additional risks. This paper examines issues and problems of formation of the client oriented strategy in the banking sector in the conditions of the growing needs of customers and the need to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of domestic credit institutions.
