Abstract
هَدِفَ البحثُ إلى فحص مستوى ممارسات التقويم التكويني لدى معلمي المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الريدة بمحافظة حضرموت من وجهة نظرهم، وتقييم أثر متغيري النوع وسنوات الخبرة. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من (26) عبارة، على عينة بلغت (42) معلماً ومعلمة (17 ذكراً، 25 أنثى). جرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الكلي لممارسات المعلمين في التقويم التكويني بلغ (3.93 من 5) بتقدير مرتفع. كما جاءت متوسطات المجالات مرتبة كالآتي: (1) بيئة التعلم الداعمة (4.17)، (2) التخطيط والإعداد (4.02)، (3) إدارة الأسئلة الصفية (4.01)، وجميعها بتقدير "مرتفع"، بينما جاء مجال (التغذية الراجعة) بمتوسط (3.28) وبتقدير "متوسط". لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) تعزى لمتغيري (النوع، الخبرة)، باستثناء فروق تبعا لمتغير (النوع) في مجال بيئة التعلم الداعمة؛ لصالح الذكور. بناءً على النتائج؛ أوصى البحث بتطوير برامج تدريبية للمعلمين في التقويم التكويني، خصوصًا في التغذية الراجعة، ورقمنة عمليات التقويم، وتفعيل النمذجة التشاركية من قبل الموجهين، وإقرار "ساعة تقويمية" أسبوعية. كما يقترح البحث دراسة معوقات التقويم، وفحص الأثر التجريبي للممارسات التكوينية بما يعزز جودة التعليم.
