Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديرات مدارس منطقة الباحة في ضوء التحول الرقمي، من خلال الكشف عن مستوى تطبيقهن لهذا التحول، والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تعيق تطوير الأداء، والعوامل المساندة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، وتم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبانة إلكترونية طبقت على عينة بلغت (131) مديرة، ويمثلن 80% من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (163) مديرة. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الأداء في ضوء التحول الرقمي جاء بدرجة عالية (بمتوسط = 4.15)، كما حظي محور الصعوبات بدرجة موافقة عالية (بمتوسط = 4.08)، وكذلك محور العوامل المساعدة (بمتوسط = 3.96). لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيًا تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية في جميع المحاور، بينما ظهرت فروق دالة في محور مستوى الأداء تعزى لمتغيري: 1-سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة (أقل من 10 سنوات)، 2-الدورات التدريبية لصالح (من لديهن دورات تدريبية) ولم تظهر أي فروق في محوري (الصعوبات، العوامل المساعدة.). بناءً على النتائج، قدمت الدراسة تصورًا مقترحًا لتطوير أداء مديرات المدارس في ضوء التحول الرقمي، إضافية إلى توصيات تدعم تطبيقه ونجاحه ومقترحات بدراسات مكملة في الموضوع.
