Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور لتطوير أداء إدارات الإشراف التربوي في السعودية في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإبداعية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة من (62) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، و(9) أبعاد؛ تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (576) قيادياً تربوياً؛ منهم: (291 مديرًا ومديرة، و285 مشرفًا ومشرفة) في ثلاث إدارات تعليمية هي (الحدود الشمالية، حفر الباطن، بيشة). وباستخدام البرنامج (SPSSv26) في التحليل؛ أظهرت نتائج الدراسة؛ حصول محور الصعوبات على أعلى متوسط (3.64) بتقدير (كبيرة)، وتلاه محور المتطلبات بمتوسط كلي (3.50)، أما الأبعاد فجاءت مرتبة؛ التقنية (3.73)، فالإدارية والتنظيمية (3.56) وجميعها بدرجة (كبيرة)، وأخيراً البشرية (3.22) وبدرجة (متوسطة)، وثالثاً محور واقع الأداء الحالي للإشراف التربوي؛ بمتوسط كلي (3.22 من5)، أما الأبعاد فجاء أولاً: الحساسية للمشكلات (3.34)، فالمرونة (3.25)، فإدارة المخاطر (3.21)، فالمبادرة (3.18)، وأخيراً؛ التحليل والربط (3.14)، وجميعها بتقدير (متوسطة). بناء على النتائج قدم الباحث تصورا متكاملاً لتطوير أداء إدارات الإشراف التربوي في المملكة، كما أوصى بتطبيق التصور لتطوير الإشراف التربوي في ضوء الإدارة الإبداعية، وتصميم برامج مرنة، وتحديث الأنظمة، وتفعيل الكفاءات والممارسات الداعمة للمبادرات الإبداعية، إضافة إلى مقترحات بدراسات مكملة.
