Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر الريادة المؤسسية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالتطبيق على عينة من شركات المقاولات اليمنية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (208) إدارياً ومهندساً بنسبة (40.63%) من المجتمع الأصلي البالغ (512) موظفاً في خمس شركات مقاولات هي: (مازكو، رواد الحاضر، رواد المستقبل، آفاق لينك، علي شايع)، وأظهرت النتائج أن الريادة المؤسسية تُمارس بدرجة "مرتفعة" في شركات المقاولات المبحوثة بمتوسط كلي (4.17 من5)، وتتحقق الميزة التنافسية بدرجة "مرتفعة" بمتوسط (4.15). كما بينت النتائج تأثيرا كبيرا للريادة المؤسسية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركات بقيمة (R² = 0.79) مع Beta قدره (0.89)؛ ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات العينة تبعاً لمتغير(اسم الشركة) لصالح (شركة مازكو)؛ بناء على النتائج أوصى الباحث بتطوير استراتيجيات واضحة، وتوفير الموارد اللازمة لتنفيذها، مع تشجيع الابتكار، وتبني ثقافة استباقية، والاستفادة من الخبرات، وانتهاء بالتقييم المستمر للأداء؛ لتفعيل مدخل الريادة المؤسسية في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة لشركات المقاولات اليمنية، كما اقترح دراسات مستقبلية في الموضوع.
