Abstract
هدفت الدِّراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين القيادة التشاركية والصحة التنظيمية في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة للبنات بمدينة تبوك، وتأثرهما بخبرة المعلمات ومؤهلاتهن العلمية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستبانة من (43) عبارة، تم توزيعها على عينة بالطريقة المتيسرة بلغت (320) معلمةً بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة الحكومية بمدينة تبوك، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة؛ أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية جاءت بمتوسط كلي (4.15 من5) بدرجة (كبيرةٍ)؛ أما الأبعاد؛ فجاء تفويض السلطة أولاً؛ بمتوسط(4.18)، ثم المشاركة في القرار (4.15)، فالعلاقات الإنسانية (4.13)، وجميعها بدرجة (كبيرة)، وبلغ المتوسط الكلي للصحة التنظيمية (4.07 من5)، أما الأبعاد؛ فأولاً: "المبادأة بالعمل" بمتوسط (4.13)، ثم "الاعتبارية" (4.09) وأخيراً "الموارد المساندة" (3.98) وجميعها بتقدير (عالية)، كما جدت علاقة ارتباط (كبيرة جدًا)؛ بقيمة (89.R=) دالةٍ إحصائيا عند (α≤0.05)؛ بين المتغيرين. كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين فئات العينة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في المحورين؛ لصالح (البكالوريوس فما دون). وتبعاً للخبرة في بُعد الاعتبارية؛ لصالح فئة (أقل من5 سنوات)، بناء على النتائج أوصت الباحثة بتعزيز كلا من (القيادة التشاركية، والصحة التنظيمية؛ بتقديم مكافآت وبرامج تدريبية، كما اقترحت دراسات مكملة في الموضوع.
