Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الشراكة بين الجامعات اليمنية والإدارات المحلية في مجال التأهيل والتطوير التربوي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة؛ تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بلغت (281) من القيادات الأكاديمية والهيئة التدريسية في الجامعات اليمنية الحكومية وقيادات الإدارات المحلية في (8) محافظات يمنية، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الشراكة بين الجامعات اليمنية والإدارات المحلية جاء بمتوسط كلي (3.21 من5) بدرجة متوسطة؛ أما المجالات؛ فجاء واقع الشراكة في مجال البحث التربوي أولاً؛ بمتوسط (3.27)، وثانياً: مجال التطوير الجامعي (3.25)، ثم مقومات ومتطلبات الشراكة الفاعلة بين المؤسستين (3.23)، وأخيراً: الشراكة في التأهيل والتطوير التربوي (3.09) وجميعها بتقدير (متوسطة)، بناء على النتائج أوصى الباحث بتوسيع نطاق التعاون والشراكة بين المؤسستين، وتوظيف موارد الجامعات بشكل أمثل لخدمة المجتمع المحلي، ووضع لوائح لتنظيم الشراكة، وتدريب هيئة التدريس وموظفي الجهتين، وتوفير موارد كافية لتعزيز الشراكة.
