Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية صبر جامعة لحج لأدوارهم الأكاديمية من وجهة نظر الطلاب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثان استبانة تضمنت (50) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات؛ تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من ( (223طالباً وطالبة من كافة الأقسام العلمية بكلية التربية صبر بجامعة لحج. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس أدوارهم الأكاديمية حصلت على متوسط كلي (3.36 من5) بتقدير (متوسطة) وعلى مستوى المجالات؛ حصلت مهارات التقييم على أعلى متوسط (3.38) ثم المهارات المهنية والأكاديمية بمتوسط (3.37) وأخيراً المهارات الشخصية والصفات الأخلاقية بمتوسط (3.32) وجميعها بدرجة ممارسة (متوسطة) كما بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة في مجالات أداة الدراسة وفقا لمتغير التخصص (تطبيقي- نظري)، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثان بتصميم برامج تدريبية لتنمية الأدوار الأخلاقية والمهارات الشخصية والمهنية والأكاديمية ومهارات التقييم لدى عضو هيئة التدريس، واعتماد الأدوار التي تناولتها الدراسة في تقييم أداء عضو هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظر الطلاب والزملاء، إضافة لمقترحات بدراسات مكملة لموضوع الدراسة.
