Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر التميز التنظيمي في جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمستشفيات السودانية " مستشفى علياء التخصصي أنموذجا"، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة من (25) عبارة، تم توزيعها على عينة بلغت (167) من الأطباء والإداريين والموظفين؛ بمستشفى علياء التخصصي بالخرطوم، وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أبعاد مجال التميز التنظيمي ككل حصلت على متوسط (2.37 من 5) بتقدير (ضعيف)، وعلى مستوى المجالات؛ حصل بُعْد التخطيط على أعلى متوسط (2.80) بتقدير (متوسط)، ثم التركيز على العميل بمتوسط (2.50) وثالثا: القيادة بمتوسط (2.44) وكلاهما بتقدير (ضعيف) وأخيرا بُعْد الموارد البشرية بمتوسط (1.73) وتقدير (ضعيف جداً)، وحصل مجال جودة الخدمات الصحية ككل على متوسط (2.10من 5) بتقدير (ضعيف)، كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة بين أبعاد التميز (القيادة، التخطيط، الموارد البشرية والتركيز على العميل) وجودة الخدمة الصحية بالمستشفى بلغت (.795). وتشير لعلاقة قوية، وبناء على النتائج أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بتفعيل إدارة التميز؛ بما يضمن تجويد الخدمات الصحية بالمستشفى، وعلى المستشفى أن تسعي لمواكبة التطور والتميز باتباع أساليب حديثة تمكنها من تحقيق أهدافها.
