Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتطوير الكفايات المهنية لأساتذة الجامعات السودانية. أساتذة جامعة القرآن الكريم وتأصيل العلوم أنموذجا. مما يساعد القائمين على التدريب من تصميم برنامج تدريبي وفق رؤية نابعة من قناعات الفئة المستهدفة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما استخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات. وزعت الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (144) أستاذ منهم 111 ذكور و33 إناث يعملون في ثلاث كليات داخل مدينة ود مدني (التربية، الشريعة والتربية أساس). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة حاجة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القرآن الكريم وتأصيل العلوم في مجال التخطيط كانت كبيرة حيث حصل كل منهما على متوسط (3.71) ويليهما التقويم بمتوسط (3.71) أما محور الكفايات العامة فقد حصل على متوسط (3.64) أما خدمة المجتمع فقد حصل على (3.70) يليه البحث العلمي بمتوسط (3.64) وأخيرا التأصيل (3.62). كل ذلك يؤكد أن للتدريب دورا في رفع الكفايات المهنية للأساتذة الجامعيين، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدي عينة الدراسة تجاه الحاجات التدريبية لتطوير الكفايات المهنية لديهم ترجع لمتغير النوع (ذكر/ أنثي). استنادا لهذه النتائج قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات.
