Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة الخدمات التعليمية التي تقدمها كلية التربية بجامعة حائل من وجهة نظر الطلاب، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها (108) طالباً، بنسبة (30.17%) من المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ (358) طالباً. ولمعالجة البيانات استخدم الباحث حزمة البرنامج (SPSS)، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن عموم الخدمات التعليمية التي تقدمها كلية التربية بجامعة حائل إلى طلبتها حصلت على متوسط كلي (3.48 من 5) بتقدير لفظي (كبيرة)، وعلى مستوى المحاور الرئيسة؛ حصل محور جودة أداء عضو هيئة التدريس على أعلى متوسط (3.72) ثم محور العناصر المادية الملموسة والاستجابة التي تقدمها الكلية بمتوسط (3.50) وكلاهما بتقدير (كبيرة) وأخيراً جودة البيئة التعليمية بمتوسط (3.21) بتقدير (متوسطة). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات للارتقاء بالخدمات التعليمية التي تقدمها كلية التربية بجامعة حائل وعموم جامعات المملكة.
