Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية والتحليل الاستراتيجي للبيئة في المصارف السودانية، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في مدى تطبيق وممارسة الإدارة الاستراتيجية في قطاع المصارف السودانية، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ باستخدام استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة عمدية بلغت (100) مستجيب؛ (مدراء إداريين وماليين ورؤساء أقسام وموظفين) في ثلاثة مصارف سودانية، وبمعالجة البيانات باستخدام البرنامج (SPSS) كشفت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: حصل محور واقع تطبيق الإدارة الاستراتيجية في المصارف السودانية لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية على متوسط كلي (4.51 من 5) وبنسبة (89%) بدرجة تطبيق (مرتفعة جداً)؛ فيما حصل محور التحليل الاستراتيجي للبيئة في المصارف السودانية على متوسط كلي (4.36 من 5) وبنسبة (87.3%) بدرجة تطبيق (مرتفعة جداً). وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات؛ أهمها: ضرورة اعتماد المصارف إدارة الجودة الشاملة بغرض التحسين المستمر، تشجيع الاهتمام بالدراسات والبحوث والاستفادة من المراكز البحثية والتعليمية في مجال في البحث والتطوير بغرض حل المشكلات.
