Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في الإدارة الإلكترونية بالجامعات اليمنية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة؛ تم تطبيقها على عينة من (129) إداريا وأكاديميا يشغلون مواقع إدارية، وبنسبة (15%) من اجمالي مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (841)، وباستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS-X)، أشارت نتائج الدراسة حصول عموم الأداة على متوسط كلي (3.42 من 5) بتقدير (كبيرة) وعلى مستوى المحاور؛ حصل الإطار الفكري لمفهوم الجودة في الإدارة الإلكترونية على أعلى متوسط(3.90)، يليه محور معوقات تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في الإدارة الإلكترونية؛ بمتوسط (3.49)؛ وكلاهما بتقدير (كبيرة)، فيما حصل محور واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية بالجامعات اليمنية؛ على متوسط (3.30) وأخيراً: محور معايير تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في الإدارة الإلكترونية بمتوسط (2.98) وكلاهما بتقدير (متوسطة)، وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات تلخصت في أهمية التحول إلى تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية وفق مفهوم الجودة الشاملة، ووضع خطط واضحة لحاجة الجامعات اليمنية من الأجهزة الإلكترونية والشبكات مستندة إلى رؤيتها ورسالتها وأهدافها، ووضع خطة لإزالة معوقات تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في الإدارة الإلكترونية، كما اقترح إجراء دراسات لمعوقات تطبيق الجودة في الإدارة الإلكترونية.
