Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع تطوير التدريب الإلكتروني الرقمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية والعلوم برداع- جامعة البيضاء في ضوء مبادئ النظرية الاتصالية (التفاعل الشبكي، التشارك المعرفي، توظيف الموارد الرقمية). اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المسحي، مستخدماً استبانة- من إعداد الباحث-تكونت من (30) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (130) عضو هيئة تدريس في كلية التربية والعلوم برداع، وباستخدام البرنامج SPSS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تطوير التدريب الإلكتروني الرقمي وفق النظرية الاتصالية جاء بمتوسط كلي (4.20 من5). وبتقدير (مرتفع)، أما المحاور فجاءت مرتبة تنازليا؛ 1-التفاعل الشبكي (4.25) بتقدير (مرتفع جداً)، 2-التشارك المعرفي (4.15)، 3-توظيف الموارد الرقمية (4.12) وكلاهما (مرتفع) كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين وجهات نظر العينة حول تطوير التدريب الإلكتروني الرقمي- على مستوى المحاور والكلي- تبعاً لسنوات الخبرة، ولصالح فئة (5 سنوات فأقل). وتبعاً لعدد الدورات التدريبية، ولصالح الأكثر (7 دورات فأكثر). بناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بتوفير بنية تحتية رقمية مرنة من خلال إنشاء خوادم محلية تعمل دون إنترنت، توزيع أجهزة USBs مبرمجة بالمحتوى التدريبي، كما اقترح دراسات مستقبلية في الموضوع.
