Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع امتلاك معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية بمكة المكرمة للكفايات التقنية لتوظيف تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وتحديد المعوقات المرتبطة بها، وفحص أثر المتغيرات الديمغرافية. واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي باستخدام استبانة طُبقت على عينة بلغت (267) معلماً ومعلمة. وأظهرت النتائج توافر الكفايات التقنية بدرجة عالية؛ حيث بلغ متوسط الكفايات الأدائية (4.36)، والكفايات المعرفية (4.35). كما كشفت النتائج أن المعوقات جاءت بدرجة عالية بمتوسط (4.31)؛ تمثلت أبرزها في قلة الحوافز المادية والمعنوية (4.47)، وكثرة الأعباء التدريسية (4.46). وأسفرت نتائج الفروق الإحصائية عن غياب أي فروق تعزى لمتغيري (نوع المدرسة، والنوع)، في حين ظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعا لمتغير المؤهل لصالح حملة البكالوريوس، وللخبرة لصالح فئة (11 سنة فأكثر) في جميع المحاور، ولصالح "المعلم الممارس" في محور المعوقات فقط. وأوصت الدراسة بتصميم برامج تدريبية نوعية في التقنيات المتقدمة، وتخفيف الأعباء التدريسية عن المعلمين، واستحداث نظام حوافز فعال لتشجيع التوظيف التقني.
