Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس تأثير استخدام البرامج والأنظمة الإلكترونية في إدارة وتقييم أداء موظفي مجمع رايت الطبي بمدينة تبوك. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستبانة تم توزيعها على عينة شاملة بلغت (65) فرداً من كوادر المجمع. وكشفت النتائج أن تأثير استخدام البرامج والأنظمة الإلكترونية في إدارة وتقييم الأداء جاء بمتوسط كلي (4.21 من 5). بمستوى (عالٍ جداً)، أما العبارات فجاءت مرتبة: 1-تسهيل إجراءات الإدارة والتقييم" بمتوسط (4.43)، 2-التوصية بتوسيع استخدام الأنظمة" (4.42)، 3-توفير الوقت والجهد في التقييم" وجميعها بمستوى (عالٍ جداً). وفي المقابل، جاءت أقل ثلاث عبارات كالآتي: 1-"تعزيز الإنتاجية والأداء المؤسسي" بمتوسط (4.00)، 2-"توفير معايير أداء واضحة" (4.06)، 3-"زيادة الشفافية والعدالة في التقييم" (4.08)، ورغم ذلك بقيت بمستوى تأثير (عالٍ). كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين إجابات فئات العينة تُعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). بناءً على النتائج؛ أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الانتقال من الاستخدام التشغيلي للأنظمة نحو الاستثمار الاستراتيجي لميزاتها عبر تعزيز "وضوح المعايير الرقمية" و"الشفافية المؤسسية"، مع تقديم برامج تدريبية تخصصية لدعم العدالة في التقييم، كما قدمت مقترحات بدراسات مستقبلية.
