Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل القيادة الإبداعية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء التوجهات الحديثة، من خلال تحليل واقع ممارستها، وتحديد أبرز معوقاتها، واستخلاص متطلبات تفعيلها. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المراجعة التكاملية النقدية (Integrative Critical Review)، مستندةً إلى تحليل أكثر من (70) دراسة ووثيقة علمية ووطنية ودولية حديثة. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية جاء مرتفعًا نسبيًا، ولا سيما في أبعاد الحساسية للمشكلة، والطلاقة، والمرونة، بينما جاء بُعد الأصالة بدرجة أقل. كما كشفت عن معوقات تنظيمية وبشرية وتقنية، أبرزها المركزية، ومحدودية الصلاحيات، وضعف الثقافة التنظيمية الداعمة للإبداع. وأكدت الأدبيات العالمية أن التمكين الإداري، والتطوير المهني المستدام، والتحول الرقمي، والقيادة التشاركية، وبناء المناخ المدرسي المحفز تمثل متطلبات رئيسة لتفعيل القيادة الإبداعية. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم رؤية استراتيجية وخطة تشغيلية تنفيذية (2027–2031)، مدعومة بأهداف قابلة للقياس وتوصيات لتعزيز الابتكار المدرسي وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030.
