Abstract
Abstract We surveyed clinicians about efforts to initiate hepatitis C antivirals during hospitalization or at discharge. We identified 29 hospitals in the United States working on such initiatives, with most efforts being less than 3 years old. Further initiative expansion is hindered by a lack of resources and uncertain insurance regulations.
