Abstract
Abstract RWHAP Part A/B formula awards were historically based on residence at HIV diagnosis. We modeled the recent switch to current-residence formulas, calculating percent change in awards from 2025 to 2030. Combined awards rise overall, but results vary by region, Medicaid expansion status, and Ending the HIV Epidemic designation.
