Abstract
Adverse events during intravenous immunoglobulin treatment were analyzed at the patient level, although cumulative treatment exposure varied across dermatologic indications. I highlight that patient-level adverse-event frequencies may therefore not reflect exposure-adjusted IVIG risk and suggest that cycle-based or exposure-adjusted analyses could strengthen interpretation of the study’s safety findings.
