Abstract
We present a case of acquired palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) that highlights the associated causes including malignancy and the importance of a thorough history and examination. We highlight how by identifying the cause of acquired PPK it may be possible to treat and occasionally cure this challenging condition, rather than focusing solely on symptomatic management.
