Abstract
Costello syndrome is a multi-system disorder most commonly caused by the HRAS p.G12S variant, with many possible dermatological features. We present a mosaic presentation of this variant. The case highlights the importance of considering HRAS variants as a cause of painful asymmetrical palmoplantar calluses
