Abstract
Abstract We evaluated 14,304 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from 56 United States medical centers (2015–2024). Ceftazidime-avibactam, ceftolozane-tazobactam, and imipenem-relebactam were active against 97.0–97.9% of isolates overall. Piperacillin-tazobactam and ceftazidime activities decreased slightly during the study period whereas the activities of meropenem, levofloxacin, and tobramycin improved since 2017.
