Abstract
Jubileusz 400-lecia śmierci bł. Reginy Protmann był okazją, aby na nowo przyjrzeć się jej życiu, dziełu i charyzmatowi, jakim została obdarowana przez Boga. Należy wciąż na nowo odczytywać jej duchowość jako drogę wytyczoną wskazaniami ewangelicznymi. Kościół łaciński przeżywa renesans ikon. Namalowana ikona z okazji jubileuszu śmierci bł. Reginy jest konkretną formą zarówno przekazu wiary jaką żyła, jak i propozycją włączenia się w jej duchowość całkowicie skupioną na posłuszeństwie woli Bożej. Swoim życiem poświęconym w pełni Bogu i Kościołowi przypomniała, że istotą życia konsekrowanego jest kontemplacja Jego tajemnic na modlitwie oraz służba chorym, biednym i odrzuconym.
