Abstract
Abstract This case highlights the use of contrast-free cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) to characterise a right ventricular mass in a pregnant woman. CMR provided definitive non-invasive tissue characterisation, identifying a benign cardiac lipoma without the need for contrast or biopsy.
