Abstract
We describe a consultant-supervised Advice and Guidance (A&G) clinic model designed to support registrar training in teledermatology while managing increasing A&G workload within a UK dermatology department. Over a six-month pilot period, three dermatology registrars and supervising consultants managed 810 A&G requests within structured weekly sessions, providing broad subspecialty exposure and supervised real-time feedback. This model offers a practical framework for embedding teledermatology training into routine NHS dermatology practice.
