Abstract
A 48-year-old man presented with a 6-month history of an itchy and painful rash on his legs and back. Examination revealed multiple grouped erythematous papules and plaques with a central eschar, while dermoscopic assessment showed erosions with a yellow–green amorphous crust centrally, a halo of white scale and surrounding visible blood vessels and erythema.
