Abstract
Women with vulval skin disease (VSD) face notable diagnostic delays, repeated GP attendances, and ongoing prescription and non-prescription costs. In this survey of 47 patients, VSD was associated with moderate quality-of-life impairment, and most participants reported high satisfaction with specialist-led care. These findings underscore the burden experienced by patients and the value of timely access to specialist dermatology services.
