Efficacy of dupilumab in atopic dermatitis with prurigo: a real-life study

This study assesses the real-world efficacy of dupilumab in patients with atopic dermatitis presenting with prurigo nodularis, compared to those without. In a retrospective cohort of 101 patients followed for 12 months, we show that dupilumab is effective in both groups, although patients with prurigo experience a delayed clinical response. Our findings support maintaining treatment beyond four months in this phenotype and highlight the need for further comparative studies with emerging therapies.
