Abstract
We describe a rare case of cryptococcoid neutrophilic dermatosis following exposure to radiocontrast dye in a patient with renal insufficiency. The complex histopathological findings and clinical context made it difficult to differentiate from iododerma, emphasizing the importance of prompt recognition and treatment of this condition.
