Abstract
This report details three cases of active extrapulmonary tuberculosis (TB) arising in patients with psoriasis and documented latent tuberculosis infection. Notably, these patients developed active disease despite having initiated or completed appropriate TB preventive treatment, while receiving adalimumab monotherapy.
