Abstract
Highlights Praziquantel (PZQ) is metabolized predominantly by CYP450 enzymes.Nevirapine (NVP) is a moderate inducer of CYP3A4 and CYP2B6.NVP and PZQ drug interactions have not been described. Our results indicate an absence of significant clinical or pharmacokinetic interaction between PZQ and NVP
