Abstract
İbrahim Re'fet, 1875-1938 yıllan ~rasında Siverck'te yaşamış ve daha çok §airliğiyle tanınmış önem1i şahsiyet!erden biridir. Şiirlerinde Re'fet mahlasını kullanan, divan tertip edecek kadar şiirleri ve Mevlid-i Şerifi bulunan şairin hayatı ve eserleri üzerine bugüne kadar herhangi bir çalışma yapılmış değildir. Bu çalışmada Re'fet'in hayatı ve Mevlid'i üzerinde durulacaktır.
