Abstract
Türklerde eğitim Orta Asya’ya kadar uzansa da Anadolu topraklarında sistemli eğitimin Anadolu Selçuklu Devleti ile birlikte yerleştiği bir gerçektir. Uzun yıllar Anadolu Selçuklu Devleti’ne başkentlik yapmış Konya şehri ise Selçuklu döneminde bir eğitim mekânı haline gelmiştir. Birçok medresenin inşa edildiği Konya’da Selçuklu döneminin izleri günümüzde bile hala ayakta durmaktadır. Anadolu Selçuklu Devleti’nin eğitime verdiği önemin açıklandığı ve Konya’da inşa edilen medreselerin incelendiği bu çalışmada Selçukluların eğitim anlayışı açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır.
