Abstract
Abstract Our 15-year retrospective review of reported pediatric Tuberculosis (TB) cases in the state of Georgia indicates that most children in our state have nonsevere TB and implementing a four-month rifampin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide, and ethambutol-based regimen for drug-susceptible nonsevere TB would substantially reduce the burden of directly observed therapy.
